The police ...when anybody hears the term police; he relates it to security. This has changed in kenyan situation as police is associated to corruption;defending not not the offended but the offenders, misused by corruption to silence the exposers of the wrong... They can be used to arrest journalist who expose corruption and not the corruption suspects.
Alcohol is one of the major problems in Kenya.. We have drunk electorate who choose drunk leaders, drunk police who pretend to be fighting illegal alcohol while making money out of it.
This is a representation of a government not only drunk with power but also drunk security agents. Imagine the drunk man above called to provide security near you.. Speculations can be ..the man can shoot anybody; criminals may grub the gun from him and guess the outcome.
Security starts with me..funny.. A common and inappropriate term in Kenya.
