Shock as a body of a boy is found buried near a water stream Wednesday morning in Kisii county

Residents of Bobaracho ward kisii county woke up to a shocking incident after a body of a boy was found buried next to a water stream called Nyamaruma next to a dispensary and a Catholic Church. Jane Ogero went to extract the yellow clay soil used in  decoration of clay houses when she discovered the buried body.

The boy was tied by a " leso" around the neck and head : an indication that the boy was murdered and buried in the area.The boy is estimated to be of about ten years of age.
The body could not be identified as it was highly destroyed and rotten.The condition of the body indicates that it was put there over a month ago.

This comes as children are reported disappearing misteriosly from the area. A boy is reported to have disappeared from Bobarcho sub location for two weeks to date and the efforts of the parents to find their son has not bared fruits. The parents came to identity the body if it belonged to their own but the clothes indicated it wasn't.
The police from the Keumbu police station took the body and investigations have been launched to the incident.
