Grave tactical mistakes President Uhuru makes as he reshuffles cabinet

It's all getting down to the finishing kicks. Some are showing the potential of winning the 2017 elections, Some are fighting losing battles. Yah.Truth
be said.
Their dreams are valid though. That's not important.
Ladies and gentlemen, a leader is a person with a magnet in his earth and a compass direction in his head. A leader is this person who is never vague, vain ,rapid or glibly voluble but weighs his words, means what he says and uses the gift of the gab to gain a sure purpose. A leader must inspire others, kindle creative
imagination, perennially be a breast of new ideas and passionately communicate them, and creative imagination into pragmatic realism.
A leader is a path- breaker, ever in mental-moral locomotion  and is vigilant in his concern to carry the team or troop or task force with him.
Do we have such leaders in the jubilee government?  Let's see..

In Kenya a "leader" is a person with money in his pockets and corrupt friends around him. (swallow the bitter truth first). That aside.

Yesterday's presidential speech as he announced his cabinet was a clear indication that Kenya is far from true leadership. In my keenness I realized that the president believes that people from specific parts of the country are the only able to be given leadership. Why is it that after a cabinet secretary from tribe X goes out of office he must be replaced by another from the same tribe? Kenya has several tribes and my question to Mr President is if he knows leaders to be coming from specific tribes. Even Luo could have had one of theirs in government as a show of neutrality.

My other question is if Kaimenyi who has been criticised as having not performed in the ministry of education could perform in the ministry of lands. Prof PLO Lumumba says and  I quote: the forest can change but the monkeys there in will always remain the same. Kaimenyi in my opinion will not change in offering poor services to kenyans.

The most funny though interesting thing the president did is to increase the number of cabinet secretaries. Am aware the constitution gives him the power to do so but in which situation. The government has been complaining of lacking funds even to pay teachers ; the queation then comes : where will it get money to pay added cabinet secretaries and other workers in those ministries?
If you have listened to most speeches from the president; they are
only centered on promises and not what the government has achieved
i its initial promises .We are still waiting to see laptops; we are still waiting to see modern stadiums , we are still waiting for increased jobs for the the youths ; we are waiting Mr President.
I am a man who believes in change and who loves change. I live in change and I spread the gospel of change.
I agree with all who support me to call for change, but I also believe we should not change people when we believe that people change.

If,in my authority, I could be given an opportunity to do a job,
then my job would be to call for all jubelee and CORD to  meet in a
context, not to look at who is right but what is right. I could assemble
Raila Odinga; Uhuru Kenyatta;Kalonzo, W Ruto and and other leaders to scrutinize them mercilessly to salvage the bitter truth.
But the day is coming. When leadership shall go solely to those who deserve.
Until then, may the best liers lie. May the best thieves steal.
May the best goons take control and steal from government,
May the best evil doers shine. But all shall come open one day.And the chicks shall have come home,to roost.

Thanks to all bloggers; leaders and organisation who put pressure on Ann Waiguru to resign..
The opposition should too be practical in its ideas.. We are too waiting for Okoa Kenya reality.
