Mr Orony from kanyawanga village South mogirango had broken in a house having a mentally challenged lady in his village before he was found red handed. The house where the lady aged above 30 and who can not speak has been severally found broken into and the suspect not arrested.
The father of the lady whose wife also passed on several years ago had his daughter's cry at mid night and responded fast. He found the daughter's house broken into. He noticed that a stranger was in the house and had closed the door from inside .
The father also rocked the door from outside in order to let the suspect not escape.
The suspect realized that he was in danger and decided to escape through the window. The daughter's father found the man escaping only a step through the window.He hit the suspect on the head using a panga.
The suspect was naked and had a blunt metal. It was realised that the suspect was mr Oronyi who has been giving trouble to the village. Mr Oronyi died in hospital where he was taken to for medical attention.
The lady's father took himself to Ogembo police station where he is held for investigation.
