Controversial Businessman who donated a hummer to Raila still jailed in Tanzania without trial

A flashy Nairobian tycoon from Kisii; Don Bosco Gichana is in Tanzania Arusha main prison since 2013. The man who donated the most spoken about hummer to Raila Odinga in 2007 elections is in prison over alleged money laundering.
He is alleged to have committed the offence between 2009 and 2010 in Kenya's capital : Nairobi.
The prosecution has cited having more than forty witnesses but has failed to present them to testify.
Don has been involved in many cases involving stilling off money from Banks.
The Kisii residents have been demonstrating and calling for his release but all in vain.
His family now feels Don's friends who are prominent politicians have assumed the issue .They continue to call for Don's release or trial in Kenya.
