My mind; my capital asset

MY MIND; MY CAPITAL ASSET
All things that we can use to succeed can be taken
away except one; which is the source of all the
others: The mind.
God created man and gave him the brain as the
greatest asset. There are several people without eyes,
without hands or legs: people with several physical
challenges and deformities but who have done great
things. It is because those people have utilized the
power of their mind.
Man has failed because he never wants to actively
engage his mind. We become what we think about
most.We fail because we sometimes are afraid of
thinking. We are in a generation where if we actively
engage our mind; then it is engaged in thinking about
politics, watching games and doing several other
things other than thinking on how we can develop
ourselves.
It is an irony and a tragedy at once when a student is
able to capture history of specific football club for
example but fail to capture the class historical content.
We always put our mind at comfort zones:not ready
to engage it or get challenged get progress is
attained by putting our minds out of the comfort
zones.
In fact our greatest fear should not be failing to think
but thinking about things things that don't real matter.
Lolly Daskal says: Failures spend most of their time
chasing wrong things and giving no opportunity for
good things.
