Nairobi Senator Mike Mbuvi aka Sonko has survived a grisly road accident in the morning of Friday,November 6, 2015.
The accident occured at Athi River when a lorry rammed Sonko’s car along Nairobi-Mombasa highway.
“I escaped death after a speeding truck rammed into my car as I was fuelling at Engen petrol station Athi river,” says Sonko.
According to Sonko,the lorry appeared to be entering the petrol station before the crash. The front part of Sonko's car
was badly damaged but he escaped unhurt.
